Parish Development

St. Aloysius Parish Development is a process that invites input and involves parishioners in the long-range goals of the parish. The Development Core team and the various Development committees implement development activities and processes that work to advance the parish mission and vision for the future through the meaningful involvement of people and their giving of time, talent, and financial resources.

The Development Core team and each of the Development Committees meet as necessary, but typically not more than monthly to implement the committee’s portion of the strategic plan.

All parishioners are invited to become involved in the St. Aloysius Parish Development process – a process that seeks to advance the parish mission and vision for the future. Each of the Development committees needs engaged volunteers with diverse and varied skills and talents.
