Religious Education
The St. Aloysius Parish School
of Religious Education (also called the CCD Program - Confraternity of
Christian Doctrine) exists to teach the fundamentals of the Catholic
faith to our parish children who do not attend Catholic school, and to
support their parents/guardians in providing faith experiences within
the tradition of the Catholic Church. The pastor, director, and teachers
seek to promote a religious learning environment within the context of
the Mass and sacraments, which are our common faith experiences, so the
children may come to know, love, and serve God. Grades 1-8 meet
Wednesday evenings from 7-8 PM, mid-September through early May.
Volunteer teachers willing to be trained are always needed.
