The CYO Athletic Board coordinates the athletic programs for St. Aloysius youth. The Catholic Youth Organization is designed to be a character builder for youth, emphasizing good sportsmanship and Christianity. Focusing on the young person, not the athletic activity, the goal of CYO athletics is total participation. St. Aloysius participates in the following sports through the Diocese of Toledo: volleyball, basketball, football (in conjunction with Perrysburg St. Rose), and cross country. These are open to boys and girls from kindergarten through high school.
Cub Scout Pack 485 includes a Den for each grade from Tiger Cubs in First Grade through Webelos in Grade 5. Den meeting schedules vary; a monthly Pack Meeting is held on every fourth Tuesday.
Boy Scouts of America Troop 485 is chartered by the parish and is open to boys from the parish or the area. The scouts are encouraged to do service for both their community and their parish. Each denomination of faith has programs for a scout to earn their religious award. Boy Scouts in grades 6-9 can earn the Parvuli Dei Award: older scouts earn Pius XII, which is vocation-oriented. Any boy that has earned his Arrow of Light in Cub Scouts or has finished 5th grade is invited to join Troop 485.
Brownies and Junior Girl Scouts are available at St. Aloysius in grades 1 through 8.
